Defensive and Emotional Leadership Under her guidance, the Pacers’ defensive rating jumped from 24th to 14th during the regular season, moving into the top-10 after January, and improving even further in the playoffs Players like Pascal Siakam and Tyrese Haliburton affirm her pivotal role:
